TSPRA's annual conference planning is underway for the TSPRA 2027 Annual Conference, taking place February 16–19, 2027, at the Hyatt Regency Austin.

We’re now accepting proposals for breakout sessions! This is your opportunity to share your expertise with fellow school communications professionals from across the state.

All sessions will be forty-five minute breakout sessions. There will be no roundtables. 

After submissions close, proposals will be reviewed by the TSPRA focus group and state office. All submitters will be notified of their acceptance or decline by November 16, 2026. Accepted presenters will have until November 20, 2026 to confirm their session. No changes to session descriptions will be accepted after that date.

If a presenter does not accept their assignment and confirm program information by the specified deadline, their presentation may be replaced by an alternate.
