TSPRA's conference planning is underway for the TSPRA 2026 Annual Conference, taking place February 16–19, 2026, at the Galveston Island Convention Center in Galveston, Texas.

This year, we're excited to launch a new type of session: TSPRA Pop-Ups — informal, interactive sessions held right on the exhibit floor.

These 1-hour come-and-go sessions are designed to foster personal, one-on-one connections in a relaxed setting. Unlike traditional breakout sessions, pop-ups give you the opportunity to engage directly with attendees as they visit your booth.

We welcome topics on any subject relevant to school communications. If you’re looking for a more personal way to connect and share your expertise, this is the perfect opportunity!

Session Details:

• Location: Exhibit Hall

• Format: Casual and conversational (no AV provided)

• Focus: Demonstrations, handouts, and meaningful interactions

• Duration: 1 hour per session (multiple time slots may be assigned)

After submissions close, proposals will be reviewed by the TSPRA state office. You will be contacted on Oct. 27, 2025 if your presentation was accepted. You will have until Oct. 31, 2025 to confirm your session and submit any changes. Changes to session descriptions will not be accepted after this date. 

If a presenter declines or does not confirm their session by the deadline, the slot may be reassigned or left open.

Sometimes presenters change their minds and choose not to present. At that point, their slot is offered to an alternate presenter or left open.
