TSPRA's annual conference planning is underway for the TSPRA 2026 Annual Conference, taking place February 16–19, 2026, at the Galveston Island Convention Center in Galveston, Texas.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing meaningful professional development, we are now accepting proposals for pre-conference sessions to be held on Monday, February 16, 2026.

These sessions offer attendees the opportunity to dive deeper into specialized topics in an extended format. We’re seeking experienced, engaging presenters who are passionate about sharing strategies, tools, and insights that will help our members grow their skills and knowledge.

You’re welcome to submit a proposal on any topic relevant to school communications. We’re especially interested in sessions that are hands-on, practical, and designed to give participants actionable takeaways.

Session Details:

● Pre-conference sessions will run 3 hours each.

● These sessions are separate from the breakout sessions and are intended for more in-depth learning.

● Presenters must be available to present on-site in Galveston on Monday, February 16, 2026.

After submissions close, proposals will be reviewed by the TSPRA state office. Selected presenters will be notified by October 27, 2025, and will have until October 31, 2025 to confirm their session and submit any updates. No changes to session descriptions will be accepted after that date.

If a presenter declines or does not confirm their session by the deadline, the slot may be reassigned or left open.
